With over 15 years of experience in facilitating real time leadership exercises, Jonathan Gilburg brings expertise to GLI clients looking for tangible, direct applications of the workshop content. Jonathan brings a wealth of experience from diverse career fields, having served as an experiential educator, a teacher, an Outward Bound Instructor, and a Peace Corps volunteer.

He is a strong proponent of delivering tangible leadership skills through an experiential process. Jonathan is also a student of Jungian Typology and a practiced expert in the Deep Type ® approach. He earned his B.A. from Hamilton College in English Literature.
