Joseph DiCenso, Associate:


Joseph DiCenso has, for over 15 years, engaged individuals, groups, teams and organizations in creating more of what they really want. Whether on a high ropes course or in a conference room, working one-on-one as a coach or facilitating workshops, hallmarks of Joseph’s leadership have been transparency, empowering others, warmth and creating the safety wherein people are willing to risk, to learn and to change.

As facilitator and facilitator trainer with Gilburg Leadership Institute, Joseph has provided leadership and team development to the Forest Service and the Agricultural Research Service. He also consults leaders in business and education. An accomplished musician, Joseph graduated summa cum laude from the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford.
